The product must be in its original condition without being used.
Refund Process
For Cash on Delivery Payments:
- The refund will be processed within 48 hours from the date of receiving the returned product.

For Online Payments:
- The refund will be processed back to the same account used for the payment within 14 to 28 business days (depending on bank procedures).
