Return and Exchange Policy
You can exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
The product must be in its original condition without being used.

Refund Process
For Cash on Delivery Payments:

• The refund will be processed within 48 hours from the date of receiving the returned product.
• The refund will be transferred via InstaPay or any available e-wallets.

For Online Payments:

• The refund will be processed back to the same account used for the payment within 14 to 28 business days (depending on bank procedures).
